RedTrack Courier Company has introduced its State Hub Franchise Partnership Business, a large-scale logistics opportunity designed for entrepreneurs looking to establish and manage a centralized parcel processing hub. The business model is structured around parcel collection, sorting, processing, and dispatch across multiple PIN codes, creating a high-volume operational network for e-commerce and logistics shipments.
Under the State Hub Franchise model, a franchise partner will be assigned parcels covering 100 PIN codes. All shipments belonging to these designated PIN codes will be received at the State Hub, where the franchise team will sort parcels according to their respective zones and regions before dispatching them to designated Delivery Hubs through the company’s third-party transportation network.
RedTrack states that franchisees can expect to process 500+ parcels per day for each assigned PIN code. With 100 PIN codes, the estimated minimum parcel handling volume is therefore 50,000+ parcels per day. As the network expands and parcel volumes increase, the State Hub may have the potential to process significantly higher volumes.
For every parcel successfully processed, the franchise partner will receive a processing fee of ₹15 per parcel. Based on the stated volume and processing structure, the model is designed to create a direct relationship between parcel volume, operational performance, and franchise earnings. The company states that the franchise opportunity can generate a substantial monthly income potential, with a claimed minimum income of approximately ₹1.5 crore to ₹2 crore per month after expenses, subject to actual parcel volumes, operating costs, and the terms of the franchise agreement.
To establish the State Hub, a minimum 2,000–3,000 sq. ft. office or operational facility is required. The franchise is also expected to employ approximately 20 staff members to manage parcel processing, sorting, dispatch, and day-to-day hub operations efficiently.
The franchise requires a refundable security deposit of ₹10,00,000. In return, RedTrack states that franchise partners receive a five-year Franchise Agreement, along with essential infrastructure and operational support. This includes desktops, printers, computer systems, barcode scanners, packing kits and materials, transportation support, software, training, management assistance, logistical support, and other necessary devices and resources for establishing the State Hub.
With a large designated service area, centralized parcel processing, transportation support, technology infrastructure, and access to high-volume logistics operations, the RedTrack State Hub Franchise is positioned as a comprehensive opportunity for entrepreneurs seeking to participate in the expanding e-commerce delivery ecosystem.
