Proving this true, young leader Swayam Sharma, a resident of the small town Soyat Kalan in Agar Malwa district, Madhya Pradesh, has emerged as a rising national figure through his hard work, leadership skills, and commitment to youth empowerment.
Recognizing his exceptional organizational capabilities and dedication toward social development, Swayam Sharma has been appointed as the National Organization General Secretary of Narendra Modi Vichar Manch. From Soyat Kalan to National Leadership
Coming from a humble background, Swayam Sharma began his journey in public life and student politics in 2022 as an ordinary grassroots worker. After spending his early years in Soyat Kalan, he made Indore his karmabhoomi and completed his schooling in 2020 from Gaurav Vaibhav School, Indore.
Currently, he is pursuing a BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) degree from Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University. Alongside academics, his passion for social change and youth leadership helped him rise rapidly within the organization.
Starting as a District President in 2022, Swayam Sharma steadily climbed the ranks, later serving as State General Secretary, and has now reached the prestigious national-level position of National Organization General Secretary.
Through the organization’s student wing, the National Vidyarthi Manch, he has actively worked for students’ rights, youth awareness, and leadership development, becoming a strong voice for thousands of young people.

Swayam Sharma’s true organizational strength and management skills came into national spotlight during the historic Virat Hindu Sammelan, organized in January 2026 in Indore.
The grand cultural and youth awareness event witnessed participation from thousands of people and was widely appreciated for its discipline, coordination, and impactful execution. Swayam Sharma served as the Chief Coordinator and Principal Strategist of the mega event, earning praise for successfully managing one of the region’s largest socio-cultural gatherings.
